Paweł Moszkowicz was born in 1987 in Rzeszow.
He started playing the organ at 2nd State Music School in Rzeszow in professor Tomasz Zając organ class.
He is a graduate of the organ class of prof. Magdalena Czajka, prof. Józef Serafin and Dr. Jarosław Wróblewski at the University of Music. Fryderyk Chopin in Warsaw. He is constantly improving his craft, currently exploring the secrets of organ improvisation under the supervision of Dr. Michał Markuszewski.
He participated in many international courses on organ music interpretation and improvisation in Poland and abroad, conducted by, among others, Lorenzo Ghielmi, Guy Bovet, Wolfgang Zerer, Gerhard Gnann, Gerhard Weinberger, Pierre Pincemaille, Tomasz Adam Nowak, Joachim Grubich, Julian Gembalski, Marek Toporowski, Tomasz Orlow, Henryk Jan Botor.
He is a laureate of organ competitions in Rumia and Katowice.
Since October 2012 he has been a parish organist in Holy Family Church in Zacisze in Warsaw.
Since 2022, he has been the founder and president of the Foundation for the Promotion of Culture and Art. Józef Elsner, which deals with, among others, organizing classical music concerts and broadly understood popularization of art among the local community.
